Firstly we would like to say a massive thank you to all of you who have supported us and bought coffee and equipment off us over the weekend, the postman was not happy with us on Saturday morning!
The discount code worked really well and it seemed to be a big hitter (obviously with money off!) and we are going to look at continuing to do this at random times of the month. With this in mind we have had some thoughts about initiating a newsletter for our customers and to give them the advantage on future deals.
Starting a business has been a huge learning curve for both of us but with 5* reviews we are really giving the customer what they want. A good friend of mine once said:
Give the customer what they want, not what you think they want'
This weekend has proven that with our sales going above and beyond. It probably wasn't the best weekend to get a new puppy (Barney the sausage dog), packing orders whilst a puppy eats your big toe!!
Lets hope Barney does not chew through a bag off Reveille, we would all be in trouble!
